Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following reasons:
A)The product(s) you ordered being unavailable from stock
B)Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
C)The identification of a pricing, product or offer description error
5. Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at anytime and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

For the avoidance of doubt, Tangara Cards does not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of the negligence of Tangara Cards, its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives.

7.Returns/Guarantees Policy
Tangara Cards  does not guarantee any product you receive.
In a case where the wrong gift is shipped, we will make our best effort to replace the gift once the original is returned and we are in receipt of it.
If a product is found to be defective, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective you must return it to us unused within 14 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund. Email us at david@tangara.com.au, and one of our customer support team will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Code that will enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently. You must obtain a Returns Authorisation Code and Returns Address before sending anything back to us or we will not be able to process your return. You will be laible for all postage charges for returning the product and any refund provided will be for the cost of the product only.
if an order is made as a special order, bespoke products for the customer, this order cannot be returned or refunded.
7.1 Perishable goods:

We are unable to accept returns of perishable goods.

7.2 Returning a gift:

We are happy to exchange faulty or defective products that have been sent as a gift. If a refund is required however, please note that refunds of the purchase price for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. Refunds will only be provided for the cost of the product paid, postage cost is non refundable.  With regards to special orders, wedding favors that are ordered especially for the customer, the whole order cannot be returned and refunded, however any damaged individual items can be returned and we will replace them.

7.3 Items lost in transit:

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery.

7.4 Refunds, replacement and exchanges:

Refunds, replacements or exchanges are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s) by Tangara Cards.  Any refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.  With regards to special orders, wedding favors that are ordered especially for the customer, the whole order cannot be returned and refunded, however any damaged individual items can be returned and we will replace them.

Please note, in all instances Tangara Cards shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

7.5 Complaints Procedure

Tangara Cards takes its relationships with customers very seriously, and we expend a great deal of effort ensuring that we keep you happy. We aim to reply to emails within one working day of receipt, whether they're enquiries or, heaven forbid, complaints. All your feedback is appreciated.

7.6 Cancellation

Under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund, apart from items personalised for you. Personalised products are bespoke and made for your specification, should you wish to cancel a personalised order whilst we will endeavour to effect your cancellation, an item may already be in the process of personalisation and cancellation may not be possible. If an item has already reached our despatch channels and it is too late to cancel, we ask that you return the item(s) to us within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging with all original documentation. A refund will be provided for the cost of the product but postage cost is non refundable.  You will also be laible for the cost of returning the product.  Refunds will be provided once we have received the products returned in the original state/packaging.  Please note that this does not apply to special orders, bespoke items ordered in for the csutomer. With regards to special orders, wedding favors that are ordered especially for the customer, the whole order cannot be returned and refunded, however any damaged individual items can be returned and we will replace them.

8.Delivery Policy
All orders are mailed to the address specified when the product is ordered. It is the responsibility of the user to make sure this address is correct. We are not responsible for failure of delivery due to, but not limited to: theft, erroneous delivery, mishandling during packaging or delivery or incorrect address.
If a User does not receive a product, and has waited over 28 days from the time the gift was shipped, he/she should contact Tangara Cards and confirm that their shipping address was correct. Tangara Cards cannot take responsibility for any products shipped outside of the Australia as we are unable to track these shipments, unless courier or fed-ex is requested and paid for. For products shipped outside of Australia, Tangara Cards can only provide proof of postage and / or franking numbers but no tracking numbers as these shipments cannot be sent by recorded delivery unless it is by Fed Ex or courier.  If you require the product to be tracked and sent by fed ex or courier,please email us and we will invoice you for the additional costs.
UK Mainland Standard Delivery 

Starts from £1.99 within mainland UK. If the weight of your order exceeds 1kg the price rises to £3.95 and if your order exceeds 8kg the price will rise incrementally. Please add your products to the basket to get a total shipping price. Your order will be with you within 2 - 4 working days after the day you placed your order (providing you have ordered in stock items and ordered by 4pm on a working day). Eg. Place your order on Monday and it will be with you by Friday (we are sorry to say that sometimes during peak periods (ie Christmas, Valetines Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day) there can be a delay on the standard delivery. For this reason, at these times, we always recommend that you specify special delivery which is a guaranteed and trackable service (provided it is ordered on a weekday before 3pm).

UK Mainland Express Delivery/ Special Delivery 

Starting from £5.95, we can send your order out for guaranteed delivery the next working day between 8am and 6pm. The price rises incrementally if the total weight of your order exceeds 8kg. Please add your products to the basket to get a total next day shipping price. For this service (which includes next day timed delivery eg next day before 9am), your order must be placed by 12pm GMT on a normal working day (Mon-Fri). If you would like to do this - please select the 'Express Delivery' shipping option when you check out. This service is subject to the items being in stock (in stock items are marked with a green tick
If ordered after 12pm, the products can be shipped by Express Delivery for the next available working day ie if ordered by 4pm on Tuesday, your product will be shipped guaranteed for Thursday before 12pm.
 
What Happens if You're Out When Your Order is Delivered?
 

You have every opportunity to send your order to whatever address you choose. We cannot arrange a specific time for delivery - this is out of our hands. Should delivery be attempted when you are out, the post office or courier company will leave a card. You can then call them to re-arrange delivery, or go to the depot to collect the parcel yourself. Both couriers and the post office return parcels to us if you have not collected them (or if the address you used is not correct) within about a week (please check with your local depot for accurate return times). If you have not collected the parcel in time and you ask us to send your order out again, there will be a £5 admin and postage charge to cover the costs involved and we will send out your order again once the original parcel has arrived back. Should you wish a replacement order to be sent out faster, you will need to pay in full for a new order plus the £5 charge and you will then be refunded for the old order when it is received back into our warehouse. 
 
Regrettably we are unable to export to Eire and Jersey.
Any items received damaged must be notified within 5 days of receipt.
Postage and packing charges are per delivery address. Please add a £4.95 administrative charge for each address additional to the first delivery address.
Anywhere Else in the World 

Shipping outside the UK is charged by weight. Please select from the appropriate European or Worldwide options (either in your basket or at the checkout) - the cost will automatically be calculated for you. This cost is an estimate and if your order is heavy or you live outside Europe we will need to get an exact quote from our international courier, which we will email to you as soon as possible. if you require the shipment to be tracked and sent by courier or fed ex  - please email us for an estimation of costs.  if you require the product to be sent by normal post we cannot provide you with a tracking number and we will not be responsible for the product if it is lost in transit.

9.Your Statutory Rights

Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Your rights are the same on the web as they are on the high street.
